Paul Bushell is a psychologist and specialist process facilitator. He specializes in human capital processes aimed at finding creative solutions for business, teams and individuals. Paul has a special interest in Design Thinking and Systemic Approaches to finding empathetic, needs-driven and creative outcomes. He currently facilitates processes for strategic planning, change management, conflict resolution, creative processes, mentorship development, Corporate Social Investment projects. He also offers individual, group and corporate counseling, debriefing and psychometric assessment.

Since 2007, Louise Riddell has been a key member of Top Drawer. Her outstanding people skills and recruitment experience have made her adept at matching outstanding candidates with the best jobs. A friendly first voice in the Top Drawer experience, Louise will take applicants and business partners through the recruitment process from start to finish.

Bongi Makathini has significant corporate experience, with a special interest in human capital development and management. Bongi has been a dynamic part of the Top Drawer team since 2005, where she management recruitment and selection processes for key corporate clients. Bongi also has project management skills, life coaching experience, and a background in marketing.
